Since our products are personalized, production takes a little extra time. We aim to ship all orders within 7–10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are $6,50. If your order is above $45, we will take care of the shipping costs!
Yes, we do! International orders may take a bit longer to arrive depending on the destination country.
We take great care in preparing your order, but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right. Simply reach out to me at nina@wedding-joy.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Because most of our products are personalized and made especially for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a production error, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
Because we start working on personalized items quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to make adjustments.
